250 KW Solar Power Plant in Kannauj Inaugurated by APJ Abdul Kalam
Former President APJ Abdul Kalam and UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav inaugurated a 250 KW solar power plant in Kannauj, commissioned by Su-Kam — bringing solar electricity to villages in Dimple Yadav’s parliamentary constituency.

The plant was designed to feed two villages in the Fatehpur and Chandaulsarai region, providing 3.05 lakh units of electricity annually while reducing carbon emissions. Each household also received LED bulbs.
