Kunwer Sachdev’s Family

My Family

The Heart Behind Every Chapter

‘Companies are built in boardrooms. Lives are built at the dinner table. Everything that matters to me sits around mine.’

Roots of Strength

Late Shri Krishan Lal Sachdeva & Late Smt. Uma Sachdeva

Everything I became started with two people who never asked for credit. My father showed me that integrity is a habit, not a slogan. My mother showed me that kindness is the kind of strength people remember decades later.

I still hear their voices in the small moments — choosing the harder right over the easier wrong. They are gone, but the standards they set still run the house.

A Bond Beyond Brotherhood

Kamal & Kishore Sachdeva

My brothers are the reason I never had to walk anything truly alone. Whether the season was abundant or brutally hard, they were on the phone, on the next flight, or simply on my side.

Today both have full families of their own — and the line between our houses is just a door, never a wall.

My First Two

Kanav & Shourrya

From my first marriage I was given two sons, Kanav and Shourrya. Watching them grow into the men they are today — thoughtful, ambitious, kind in ways I did not have to teach — is one of the privileges of my life.

They taught me parenting before I knew the word.

The Light of Our Home

Khushboo Sachdev

Life did something I did not expect — it sent me Khushboo. She arrived without fanfare, the way good things usually do, and quietly rebuilt the parts of me I had stopped trying to fix.

She is calm when I am restless, present when the world gets loud, and honest with me when no one else dares to be. The man I have become in the second half of my life is largely her work.

Every evening, the front door opens, and small arms erase whatever the day did to me.

Our Twin Heartbeat

Advait & Swastika

The universe doubled down. Advait watches before he speaks — my father’s eyes and Khushboo’s patience. Swastika arrives in every room like a small festival, and pulls the rest of us into it.

The Family You Choose

The Wider Circle

There is the family life gives you a chance to choose — friends, in-laws, and the people who stayed through the seasons no one wants to talk about. I am rich because of them.

Family Values · Professional Ethos

Where the personal meets the professional

The same code that runs my home — trust, follow-through, and showing up — is the code that built Su-Kam, and now Su-vastika and Kunwwer.ai.

My wife, my children, my brothers, and my parents are not separate from my work — they are quietly inside every good decision I have ever made.

  • 01Integrity over expedienceThe harder right over the easier wrong.
  • 02Loyalty that lastsShow up, stay, and mean it — in business and at home.
  • 03Kindness as a disciplineHow you treat people who can do nothing for you.
  • 04Building for the next generationSolve problems worth inheriting.

The story behind the story

If the values here resonate, the journey they shaped is worth a read — from a garage in 1998 to India’s inverter and solar revolution, and everything after.
