Su-Kam installed a 100 kW rooftop stand-alone solar power system at Gates College of Engineering, Andhra Pradesh — generating 400 to 500 units of power daily and completed in just 30 days (March 2011). It ended the constant power cuts that disrupted lab work and saves roughly 60 tonnes of CO2 emissions a year. A landmark educational installation from Su-Kam’s earliest solar era.
