Statcon Energiaa and Su-vastika Unveil Digital Energy Storage Solutions for India

New Delhi, August 2025 – Indian power electronics leader Statcon Energiaa and clean energy innovator Su-vastika have announced a strategic partnership to develop next-generation digital Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) tailored for India and global markets.

The collaboration aims to create IoT-enabled, Made-in-India storage systems with advanced features such as real-time monitoring, cloud-based remote management, seamless grid integration, and AI-driven analytics. These innovations are designed to make renewable energy adoption more reliable, cost-efficient, and digitally intelligent.

Industry experts highlight that India’s BESS market is projected to grow from USD 7.8 billion in 2024 to more than USD 32 billion by 2030, driven by rising renewable capacity and the need for smart grid solutions.

The initiative also has the backing of Rotomag Enertec Ltd, which brings decades of expertise in solar pumping and energy systems, ensuring strong manufacturing and scaling support.

Beyond renewable integration, the new digital BESS solutions are expected to play a vital role in EV charging infrastructure, urban microgrids, and smart city projects, cementing India’s position in the global clean energy transition.
